Wag, play and enjoy: at the annual Tail-Wagging Festival in De Panne, every dog has the time of its life. Owners take a back seat while their four-legged friend enjoys trails, a playful workshop or a picture-perfect moment. Meanwhile, owners browse the dog market or watch an impressive demo.
